Arrival in the late afternoon / evening of Friday 21/10 with the possibility of dinner at Borgo alla Carta. Homage dedicated to guests with hand-made sweets made with chestnut flour.
Saturday 22/10- Breakfast at the Borgo, departure for Cune with a visit to the ancient working metati where one of the best flours in Tuscany is produced.

- Packed lunch in the chestnut groves with hamlet basket.
Return to the Borgo in the afternoon and typical dinner dedicated to chestnuts. After dinner party at the Borgo with Mondinata in the square and mulled wine.
Appetizer- Crouton with warm chestnut flour bread and lard from the Serchio Valley
- Fried polenta square with the aromas of the Woods
- Warm pumpkin pie with pecorino cream
- All accompanied by morsels of fried dough
First- Homemade maltagliati with chestnut flour with white lean Garfagnana ragù
Second- Pork leg with aromatic herbs with roasted potatoes.
Dessert- Hot chestnut with Shepherd's ricotta
